POLICIES

VERIFICATION
All appointments booked online will be confirmed by the salon during regular business hours. Should the stylist need to adjust your appointment, they reserve the right to do so. The salon will make every effort to contact you regarding changes to your appointment. If your stylist is unable to reach you, the appointment will be considered cancelled.
 
CANCELLATIONS
We require 24-hour notice for penalty free cancellation of appointments. 
Guests can cancel appointments by using the online booking software or emailing the salon.
Guests cancelling appointments with less than 24-hour notice will be charged a late cancellation fee, which is 50% of the appointments price and/or will require a deposit for future appointments.

LATE ARRIVALS
We ask that Guests call or email the salon if they will be arriving late for their scheduled appointment.
If we have not been able to contact a guest 15 minutes into their appointment, they will be considered a "no show". Guest
s who arrive late for their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply.

NO SHOWS
If a guest does not show up for their scheduled appointment, they will be subject to pay the full amount of the appointment price. They will also be required to attach a credit card to their file to book future appointments at Bloc+Mane Hair Studio. Guests who "No Show" on more than one occasion must pre-pay, in full, for any services that they would like to schedule.

DEPOSITS
Bloc+Mane Hair Studio may require a valid credit card on file in order to secure bookings for extension services, appointments spanning more than 3 hours, or for services taking place off-site or out of regular salon hours.

WAIVERS
By booking an appointment, guests automatically agree to the salons policies. Guests may also be required to fill out additional waivers before undergoing chemical services.

SERVICE REFUNDS
Bloc+Mane Hair Studio does not offer monetary refunds on services rendered. 
We do have a 7-day policy in place on services in which a guest can come back and have corrections made or receive salon credit on technical errors.
